Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 04 (ANI): Two kidnappers were arrested for kidnapping a 5-year-old boy from Padraiya village in Uttar Pradesh’s Allahabad. Kidnappers abducted the boy on October 2 and demanded a ransom of 15 lakh rupees. The boy was rescued within 15 hours of being kidnapped.
