Nawada (Bihar), Oct 05 (ANI): A young girl in Bihar was tied to a tree and beaten up by the villagers after Panchayat ordered to punish the girl in full public view after she allegedly eloped with her boyfriend. The incident happened in Jogia-Maran village under Rajauli police station in Nawada district. The girl eloped with her boyfriend on September 30. Villagers were angry over the Muslim girl’s affair with a Hindu boy.
