New Delhi, Oct 02 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated first assembly of International Solar Alliance on Tuesday. The inauguration ceremony was held at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres was also present at the event.
