New Delhi, Oct 01 (ANI): Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the campaign with “half truth and baseless arguments” by the Congress against the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) sabotage the Indian Armed Forces’ operational readiness. When asked whether the controversy over Rafale deal tarnishes the image of BJP, Sitharaman said, “It doesn’t tarnish government’s image, but I am afraid that a campaign which Congress is doing with half truth and baseless arguments is almost sabotaging Indian Armed Forces’ operational readiness and support is being reflected from our not so friendly neighbour.”
