Srinagar (J&K), Oct 23 (ANI): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh held a meeting to review the security situation and important initiatives taken by Jammu and Kashmir government with former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti and National Conference leader Omar Abdullah. During the meeting, the leaders discussed the security situation across the state.
