Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh), Oct 28 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Sunday slammed Congress party by saying that it didn’t make a single scheme for the poor in the state. “During its regime of over 50 years, Congress didn’t make a single scheme for the benefit of the people, as it only gave speeches,” said Singh.
