Chikiti/ Asika (Odisha), Oct 13 (ANI): After Titli Cyclone hit Odisha, along with other states like Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal, various parts in the state witnessed flood-like situation. Tropical-cyclone Titli closed made a landfall in Odisha-Andhra Pradesh Coast on October 11. In the wake of the situation, people are shifting to shelter camps as part of relief and rescue operation.
