Sopore (Jammu and Kashmir), Oct 28 (ANI): A Panchayat Ghar in Nowpora village of Sopore town in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district was set ablaze by unknown persons last night. Fire tenders reached the spot and doused the fire. This comes at a time when Panchayat Elections on non party basis are scheduled during November and December in nine phases this year.
