Mumbai, Oct 22 (ANI): A scuffle broke out during the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) meeting in Mumbai. A CCTV footage of the incident showed people were running out of the venue, while some others threw chairs. The reason behind the scuffle is yet unknown.
