New Delhi, Oct 25 (ANI): Speaking on Madras High Court upholding disqualification of 18 rebel-AIADMK MLAs, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Om Prakash Rawat on Thursday said, “Since disqualification will create vacancies and whenever there’re vacancies, we’re required to hold elections (bypolls) to those vacancies within 6 months. So, commission will consider it will from that angle.”
