Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Oct 22 (ANI): Wreath laying ceremony of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Constable Vijay Kumar was held in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar. Constable Vijay Kumar lost his life in a terrorist attack on a security force establishment in Tral’s Midoora on October 21.
