Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh), Nov 29 (ANI): Three history-sheeters were arrested after an encounter broke out between Uttar Pradesh Police and the miscreants in Bulandshahr on November 28. Five miscreants planned to loot a petrol pump, but their nefarious act was foiled by the UP police. However, two miscreants managed to flee from the spot. One police official was also injured in the exchange of fire.
