Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Nov 07 (ANI): Around 300 mentally challenged women celebrated Diwali on Tuesday in Bhubaneswar. The celebrations were organised by Mission Ashra, a shelter home for mentally challenged destitute women. Various Hindu, Christian and other communities’ festivals are celebrated at Mission Ashra and it helps in their recovery.
