Patna (Bihar), Ranchi (Jharkhand), New Delhi, Mumbai, Varanasi (UP), Nov 14 (ANI): Chhath, the four-day festival, concluded with lakhs of devotees paying obeisance to the rising sun. Devotees, mainly women, offered ‘arghya’ to Sun God. Chhath was celebrated with great zeal and fervour across the country.
