New Delhi, Nov 13 (ANI): The Faculty and Course Members of the 58th Course of the National Defence College (NDC) called on President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. Speaking on the occasion, President Ram Nath Kovind said, “In an increasingly connected world political, social and economic upheavals beyond our national borders impact our security more strongly than ever before. A country’s ability to successfully master and negotiate concerns in each of the above areas defines its national power.”
