Guwahati (Assam), Nov 03 (ANI): A 24 hours Assam Bandh has been called by the All Assam Bengali Youth Students’ Federation (AABYSF) on Saturday after the 12-hour Tinsukia bandh was called by the organisation on Friday against the Dhola Mayhem. The students’ body has sought the cooperation of the people to make the bandh a success. However the emergency services would not be halted during in bandh, said the organisation. Heavy security was deployed across the state.
