Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Nov 04 (ANI): Congress leader Raj Babbar criticised Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh regarding state health facilities and taking a jibe at the CM, he said that the health facilities of the state are in ‘ICU’ under ‘Doctor CM’. Briefing the media in Raipur, Babbar said, “People hoped that after coming of a ‘doctor’ chief minister the health situation would be improved. In a survey of 21 states, Chhattisgarh took the 20th position. What kind of doctor is Raman Singh that he put the health services of state in ICU. He has not proved to be a good doctor and has destroyed the health services of the state.”
