Pendra/Ambikapur/Kawardha (Chhattisgarh), Nov 20 (ANI): As voting for the second phase of assembly elections is underway in Chhattisgarh, the turnout has been recorded at 12.54% till 10 am on Tuesday. Voting in 72 constituencies started at 8 am today. The first phase of elections was held on November 12.
