Kharsia (Chhattisgarh), Nov 15 (ANI): Ahead of the second phase of the assembly elections, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh has upped the ante to win the support of people. In his address rally in Kharsia he pitched to make the state a model saying that the party hopes to develop the area just like Dantewada. He said, “We want development in Kharsia. We have to make Kharsia a model just like Dantewada has been made a model.” The second phase of the elections would be held on November 20.
