Bilaspur/Durg (Chhattisgarh), Nov 20 (ANI): Preparations are underway at polling booths in Chhattisgarh for elections. Voting for the second phase of Chhattisgarh elections 2018 will be conducted on Tuesday. 72 constituencies will undergo voting at 8 am today. The first phase of elections was held on November 12.
