Ranchi (Jharkhand), Nov 15 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das declared the state Open Defecation Free (ODF) on the occasion of Jharkhand’s 18th anniversary today. The declaration of Jharkhand Government comes way ahead of deadline in 2019. The target was achieved under Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM). Most number of toilets was built in Giridih followed by Ranchi and Palamu. Apart from ODF, CM Das also announced achievement of 100 % electrification of Ranchi, Ramgarh, Bokaro, and Dhanbad.
