Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 13 (ANI): Cold waves have gripped Kashmir Valley after recent snowfall. The mercury levels have dropped extensively across the region. Locals are facing difficulties due to sudden downfall in temperature. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature recorded was 3 degree Celsius and maximum temperature recorded was 13 degree Celsius. IMD had also forecasted snow and rain for two days.
