Indore (Madhya Pradesh), Nov 11 (ANI): Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram on Sunday said that Congress hopes to form state-wise coalition in each state. P Chidambaram said, “We will form state-wise coalitions and if the coalition wins in each state then that is the victory of the ‘Mahagathbandhan’. We are confident that we can form coalitions in many state.”
