Shivpuri (MP), Nov 11 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday slammed Congress party over development issues. He said that during Congress regime Madhya Pradesh had become a state of darkness due to non-availability of electricity. He added that Congress leaders destroyed the state in their regime.
