spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi on Thursday commented on Congress’ manifesto for the upcoming Rajasthan elections and said, “Congress’ manifesto is a ‘nakalpatra’ full of silliness. There is no seriousness. It’s just a document full of frivolous funny reactions on BJP manifesto. Not only their manifesto came after us, they are lagging behind us on every step.”
