Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh), Nov 03 (ANI): A criminal with Rs 25,000 bounty on his head was arrested in a police encounter in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr on Saturday. UP Police was on a routine check when they encountered two bike borne criminals, who were on their way to execute a crime. The criminals fired one round of bullet when the police asked to stop.
