Delhi’s air quality once again falls in ‘Poor’ category

New Delhi, Nov 17 (ANI): The air quality in the national capital has once again fallen under the ‘Poor’ category on Saturday. The official data maintained by the Centre-run System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) put the condition at ‘Poor’ category from ‘Moderate’. On Air Quality Index (AQI), particulate matter (PM) 10 level at 219 and PM 2.5 level at 239, in ‘poor’ category was recorded at Lodhi Road today. An AQI between 0-50 is considered good, 51-100 is satisfactory, 101-200 moderate, 201-300 poor, 301-400 very poor and 401-500 is marked as severe/hazardous.
