Shimla, Nov 17 (ANI): A former chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself at his residence in Shimla’s Jakhu area. Retired Major General C R Sharma was reportedly suffering from depression. Further investigations are underway.
