New Delhi, Nov 04 (ANI): Sunday comes with a sigh of relief for the motorists as fuel prices saw yet another fall with petrol being retailed at Rs 78.87 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.21) and diesel at Rs 73.64 per litre (decrease by Rs 0.17) in the national capital. In Mumbai too, the petrol price was slashed by 21 paise. It is now being retailed at Rs 84.28 per litre. The diesel price mark Rs 76.88 per litre after a plunge of 18 paise. Earlier, the Centre cut the excise duty by Rs 1.50 per litre and asked PSU oil firms to subsidise fuel by Re 1. Thereafter other states followed suit and announced a cut in fuel prices.
