Baramulla (Jammu & Kashmir), Nov 10 (ANI): Lieutenant General AK Bhatt, GoC Army’s 15 Corps on Saturday appealed the local terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) to surrender. If they surrender, we will provide them with various opportunities, he said. Lt General Bhatt also gave a message to the youth of the Valley to join mainstream for their betterment and country’s benefit.
