Pathankot (Punjab), Nov 12 (ANI): In the wake of resumption of talks with the people of Jammu and Kashmir regarding cross-border terrorism and insurgency within the state, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat, at an event in Pathankot said that an interlocutor has been appointed by the government to speak to various people in the Valley. He also said that as far as talks are concerned, the Army Chief won’t talk to these people directly.
