Pooch (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 10 (ANI): Indian Army organised a free of cost eye check-up-cum-surgery camp for the civilians of Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir. The Army bared all the cost of 135 people who underwent surgery during this drive. Their lodging, travel and necessary eye surgery at the Medical College in Jammu were included in the cost. The Army even distributed eye-care packages for post-surgery care of the 135 patients. Locals were delighted and humbled by the Army’s gesture and endlessly thanked them.
