Panjgrain (Jammu & Kashmir), Nov 17 (ANI): As Panchayat elections are underway in Rajouri’s Panjgrain, voters have come out in huge numbers to cast their votes. Despite incidents of shelling, firing on border areas, they have come out to vote brimming with zeal and enthusiasm. One of the voters said, “We face a lot of problems because of firing but still we don’t lose hope and so we have come to vote to make this election successful.” Voting has begun for Panchayat polls in Jammu & Kashmir on Saturday. Today is the first phase of elections which began at 8 am.
