Kupwara (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 24 (ANI): Voting has begun for Panchayat polls in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara. The elections are underway in six wards of Chowkibal village in Kupwara. The third phase of elections is being conducted amid tight security. The elections will be held in nine phases across the state.
