Udhampur/Ganderbal/Rajouri (J&K), Nov 20 (ANI): Voting is underway for Panchayat polls in Jammu & Kashmir on Tuesday. Today is the second phase of elections which began at 8 am. Polling is underway amid tight security. The elections will be held in nine phases across the state. The first phase of elections was held on November 17.
