Ludhiana, Nov 23 (ANI): A FIR was lodged by the Punjab police in connection with a complaint of cyberstalking filed by Ludhiana student Jhanvi Behal. She said, “I was receiving threats from across the world. For the first time in India a case of cyberstalking, by someone as young as me, has been accepted.”
