Rohtak (Haryana), Nov 14 (ANI): In yet another shocking incident of medical apathy in government-run hospital in Haryana, a peon wearing khaki uniform, stitched a patient’s wound in the emergency ward of Rohtak Civil Hospital. The procedure was caught on camera, which also showed a deserted emergency ward and operation theatre.
