New Delhi, Nov 30 (ANI): An 18-month-old child died after it was hit by an uncontrolled scooter rider at Shri Ram Colony in New Delhi’s Khajoori Khas area on November 29. The child was standing at one corner of the lane when his sister came out of the house asking him to come inside. But before the two could move, a speeding scooter lost control and crashed into both of them. The 15-year-old minor who was riding the two-wheeler has been apprehended & sent to observation home by Juvenile Justice Board.
