Zarkawt (Mizoram), Nov 28 (ANI): Polling for 40-seat assembly elections in Mizoram began on Wednesday at 7 am. Polling will conclude at 4 pm. As many as 209 candidates are in fray to bag a seat in the 40-member Legislative Assembly. Mizoram is the last bastion of Congress in the North-East. A total of 7.70 lakh voters will cast their franchise in 1,164 polling booths across the state.
