Bhind (Madhya Pradesh), Nov 28 (ANI): As voting for Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections is still underway, voter turnout has been recorded at 74.61% till 6 pm on Wednesday. 230 Assembly constituencies are witnessing voting. Several EVM & VVPAT machines defaulted during the voting process and were duly replaced. Voting started at 7 am in three constituencies in Maoist-hit Balaghat district amid tight security, while polling in rest of the constituencies began at 8 am.
