Hubli (Karnataka), Nov 10 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers along with Member of Parliament Pralhad Joshi were detained on Saturday. They were protesting against the celebration of Tipu Sultan Jayanti by Karnataka government.
