Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 22 (ANI): Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah held a presser in Srinagar to address the ongoing issue of the sudden dissolution of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly by the state’s Governor Satya Pal Malik. Omar took a dig at Satya Pal Malik’s claim that his fax machine was not functioning apparently when the newly formed alliance of Congress, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and National Conference (NC) in Jammu and Kashmir sent them a letter addressing their claim to the government. He said, “It’s the first time a fax machine has strangled the throat of democracy. This unique fax machine only works one-way. It sends out a fax for dissolution of assembly but does not receive the claim to form government.”
