Poonch (Jammu & Kashmir), Nov 04 (ANI): More than thousand government teachers received training for voting through ballot papers for the upcoming panchayat elections in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch. The district had earlier witnessed voting through Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and will now witness it through ballot papers. The training management of Panchayat Elections has taken the initiative to train the employees.
