Rajouri (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 17 (ANI): Voting has begun for panchayat polls in Jammu & Kashmir on Saturday. Today is the first phase of elections which began at 8 am. Voting will come to an end by 2 pm. Polling is underway amid tight security. The elections will be held in nine phases across the state.
