Gurugram (Haryana), Nov 19 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off Escorts Mujesar to Bhallabhgarh section of Delhi Metro today. While addressing the gathering in Gurugram, he slammed Congress by saying, “This Western Peripheral Expressway had to be completed during Commonwealth Games, but we all know what was done back then, this expressway was also a victim of that.”
