Haridwar (Uttarakhand), Nov 03 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind on Saturday inaugurated the first Gyan Kumbh, which is being jointly organised by the Higher Education Department of the government of Uttarakhand and the University of Patanjali in Haridwar. Speaking at the event, President Kovind talked about the role of a teacher and a student.
