New Delhi, Nov 07 (ANI): Union Minister of Home Affairs Rajnath Singh on Tuesday called for ensuring tea for complainants at police stations in Delhi. Flagging off 300 ‘Raftaar’ motorcycles on Tuesday for patrolling in streets of Delhi, Rajnath Singh said, “If someone comes to police station to lodge complaint, can’t we talk to them politely? If a complainant is waiting since hours, can’t we ask them for water?” Rajnath Singh further added, “I will ask Police Commissioner to ensure arrangements of tea stalls for complainants at police stations if possible & Home Ministry will provide funds for it. Why can’t police personnel present themselves as role models?”
