Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir), Nov 17 (ANI): While briefing the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, Lt General Ranbir, GOC-in-Chief, Northern Command said, “It is a matter of satisfaction that for some time now there has been a relative decline in the number of youth joining militancy. We should be able to get this trend going for the foreseeable future”.
