Raipur/Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Nov 02 (ANI): Ruckus erupted in two main Congress offices of Raipur and Bilaspur on Thursday. The argument broke out in both the offices over ticket distribution. The offices were vandalised following the ruckus. This happened after the Congress party released the final list of 19 candidates for Chhattisgarh elections on November 1. The state will go on polls in two phases on November 12 and November 20.
