Shimla (HP), Nov 21 (ANI): The state government of Shimla with the aid of social workers organised a skill training workshop for specially-abled children. Nearly 2,000 specially-abled children participated in the training programme. The specially-abled children of underprivileged section of the society often struggle to make a living for themselves and are often left with no other choice than begging.
